CERT = Community Emergency Response Team
Partnership Opportunities
Your support - cash or in-kind - will help LB CERT-Naples recruit, engage and train more volunteers, and to provide them with supplies needed to fulfill their roles as emergency responders. Funds raised will also go toward the future purchase of a 2,000-person medical storage unit to be housed on the Island.
Out of the shoot, we’ve had a very promising start:
Councilmember Suzie Price - $3,500-$4,000
(to be used toward acquisition of radio equipment)
John Angelo - $1,000
Nancy Eisner - $500
Linda Rahn - $500
Oriana Shea Group - $400
We have partnership options for every level of contribution, from $100 - $5,000+. Partners will be recognized in printed materials, online in social media and on our CERT website pages, at “ Block MeetUps,” and at special events. Please take a look at the Partner/Donor Matrix below to learn more about contribution levels and related benefits. In addition to monetary contributions, in-kind contributions of food, products and services can be leveraged to garner attention and incentivize constituents as we aggressively recruit supporters of The Plan, and to thank scores of volunteers for giving their time and resources to bring The Plan to life.
Time Sensitive Opportunity: Recognition in Naples’ 16-Page Disaster Preparedness Guide
To inform every islander, our team is creating a special 16-page Disaster Preparedness Guide that will be included in the December edition of Naples News and hand delivered to every home. The guide, intended to be referenced regularly over the coming year, will contain an overview of Naples’ Emergency Response Plan, personal worksheets for each family, tips and links to emergency resources, checklists of emergency supplies, and tips for navigating a disaster. Space will also be allocated in the publication to recognize our valued partners. Though the door will always be open to new partners, to be included in the Guide, partners must be onboard no later than Friday, November 15th.
