Recognizing above-and-beyond volunteer contributions to the NIA.
What is the Heartwell Award?
Recognizing a legacy of years of contributions to the Naples community and beyond.
What time does the Award Presentation begin?
We ask that all attendees be in their seats so the Awards Presentation can begin promptly at 5:30 pm.
FOOD AND BAR
When does the bar open?
Bar is open starting at 4:30 pm.
Will there be hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail party?
Yes, there will be passed hors d'oeuvres.
How is dinner served?
Chef Haselwood will create a tantalizing buffet featuring a delicious range of robust flavors.
SEATING
What is the seating during the Awards Show?
There will be Theatre-style seating for 220 guests.
Is there seating during the cocktail party?
There will be limited seating on the patio and in the Bridge Deck.
What is the seating during dinner and dancing?
There will be standard dining tables in the Main Dining room, the Bridge Deck, and the Quarter Deck.
Can you reserve a table?
